Default Speeding ticket = Need a lawyer

Got a ticket last Friday 77 on 60 (second one this year) I don't think I can take deferred ad. or defensive driving and I don't want it on my record.

Need a lawyer for Tarrant county (Arlington).

I got a 106 in 60 on I-20 and Bowman Springs. Jim Lollar. The only one that will get it dismissed. It will probably only cost you 40$. He got mine dismissed for 110$.
He has offices in Arlington and Haltom City right next to Speedtek off HWY 121.

did you have to pay anything else besides the $110, (ticket, court fees, etc.)
did you have to do any type of probation?

I talked to his secretary and she told me that they can't get it dismissed but they can get deferred adjudication and be on probation for 3 months after that it won't go on my record which I can do that myself without an attorney. I don't want to be on probation for 3 months, I'll pay whatever to save me all the hassle and be done with it.

Probation is a hassel?

If you do DA would be easier, just more money up front. I did a 70 in a 60 in Euless and paid the $167 fine and 3 months probation. Just keep you speed down for 3 months.

Were you going eastbound or westbound on 20 and Matlock? And what time of day?

I travel I-20 at 6am (east) and 5:30pm (west) Mon-Frid from 360 to 35W, I've noticed an increase of traffic cops that entire route.

^ That's the hassle for me. I would rather pay much more money to have the ticket dismissed. For some reason the speed limit and I never got along, I've always driven 10-15 miles above the limit.

I was going eastbound around 10:30am he was right after the bridge (matlock)

Hey, if you've got money to throw around, I needs some new heads for my Camaro.

WEll, in situations like you, I put it on cruise control @ 70 and don't usually get into trouble.....
