looks like you spun a bearing on # 7 --the piston has been hitting the head

While it's apart go ahead and replace the bearings and freshen up everything. It will be like an entire new motor. Just save the time and effort now!

Guys you need to remember. I'm sure Pat is on a tight *** budget, I know I was when I was his age. But Pat, please look at the long run, fix it right the first time, dont buy cheap parts and do it right. But I do believe you will be OK with the motor like it is now. but start saving for a bigger and better motor. it wont last long the way I hear you race and ****. good luck. Let me know if you need anything.

look at # 7!!! the carbon is knocked off in the impression of the combustion chamber--it has a spun bearing or a broken rod!!!!!

How the **** does nitrous and the chassis dictate the motor? Chill out.

You didn't see the massive inake, the nitrous plumbing going into it, etc etc I could go on but it's ok. :pats head:

Ha, you really think that you can't build a sheet metal intake for a mod motor. Or put on a direct port either? I thought I looked stupid, but you're making me feel better now.

Actually, it was that beltdrive that gave it away. What is that CRANE? Maybe it's a Danny Bee, I dunno, I'm used to seeing Jesel. Like I said, those heads are shaped like mod motor heads, and since we were talking about those mod motors I made a easy mistake. No biggie.
