Default brother's 1995 trans am is totaled

well thanks to the ******* who ran over my brother's car 2 weeks ago got my brother 1995 trans am with long tube headers totaled. The guy had a F-150 with a 8 in lift with 36 in tires and it totaly dominated the t/a. My brother has the pics of the damage, but he lives up in college sation. Thoes of you who live up there its the red t/a with black Z06 rims. My dad, my brother and i spent ****** months under the hood of that car putting on his headers, his new water pump, new opti sprak,3 sets of spark pugs, and 1 set of sprak wires, for ******* nothing. I ****** hate the insurence comp. All they are, are greedy sons of a bitches. Its ******* bullshit.<end of falmming> But the good thing is that he wants a ls1 and he has about 7k must be at least 75-90k miles, MUST BE A M6 either a lT1 or a LS1 as long as its M6. He also wants a t/a that has headers and cam or one of the other. Im really going to miss that car. R.I.P

best thing to do is to buy the car back from the insurance company for like 1-2k and part it out, youll make profit off of it selling the parts that have value and if he gets another LT1 he can install the parts he had.

Why would you want them to fix it if it had $6,000 in damages? Be happy you got rid of it.

very true its just the fact that my brother and I spent months under the car putting **** on and off. I spent at least 3 summers under his car. It was fun but it kind of sucks when it wasnt your fault and your car still get taken away.

The guy who ran over my brother's car was going to pay for it through his insurence but his ensurence wont pay for it cuz it would be worth doing in thier minds.
