ls1 Vs Ricers We all know that ricers are slow and suck
But Theres some cars that are real fast
like my 1999 twin turbo supra
but i also have a traans am
who do you think is better ls1 or ricers

the supra is like the only ricer with performance in mind during "the design and build phase" of production, the ls1 are designed and specifically made to have sports car performance, while 99.99% of ricers are for fuel economy and compact size not designed for performance, now we all know you can make anything fast like a huge turbo on a built motor will make a 4 cylinder scream but if you do the same performance enhancers to a ls1 well you have one nasty combination were talking 1500hp twinturbo ls1 and as far as simple things go if you put full exhaust on a 4 cylinder you get 25hp gain you do the same to the v-8 you get double the hp gain, we all are sports car fans on here so why would we think a ricer is better than a ls1? unless you got a built tt supra vs a stock ls1 well i would take the supra but if you got a tt supra and a tt ls1 well we know what everyone would choose dont we???

Ricers really is a state of mind not an actual car type. People who make their car look fast rather then actually make them fast are ricers, they could could be import or domestics. I like Evo's, Skylines, 350Z's, 300Z's, Supra's, RX-7's, etc.... There not rice until you get some dumb fart knocker who puts fart cans on and a useless spoiler and mounds of stickers and then thinks his/her car is so much better they any domestic muscle...that is a ricer (but it can go the other way too)

even non sports cars can be riced out, for instance, trucks with wing son the back and a bunch of apc **** on it and ive even seen ****** oldsmobile 4 door cars with green mirors and a wing........ wat the ****.
