The Veyron Got it's *** walked by the Hennesey in a standing mile compition in Car and driver. and that's pretty applicable to this race. The lingenfelter probably would have beat it to if it didn't break during the test

I remember when they stacked the TT Vette against an F-16 or something in a 1/4 mile run, the Vette won.

Out torqued it?!? You obviously are dont know whats going on, the veyron weighs 4200lbs and has less hp than the lingenfelter or the hennessy. Not to mention that both the vette and viper have less drag than the veyron. You have it backwards, the veyron ripped the viper off line and then the viper passed it like it was standing still on the top end.
