Ultimate Street/Race Car-CHEAP
Ok guys my frustrations have gotten the best of me. With so many hours going into work and remodeling our house I have lost interest in my car. This is a chance for you to pick up a car way cheaper than you could build it.
Here is a fast history on the car. I have owned this car for almost 6 years. I sold it about two years ago to a guy in Chicago. After the guy had it for a year I bought it back expecting a car in the same shape I sold. The car was nothing like I was expecting resulting in a complete rebuild less than two weeks of owning the car. When I say complete rebuild I mean 90 percent of this car is all new.
This car is a 1994 Camaro with a heads and cam LS1 engine. The only thing on this car that still says 1994 is the dash and body. Everything from Rear end, spindles to fuel lines are LS1.
1.Body- American Sports Car design cowl hood, Underneath has been striped and under coated, Battery is relocated to the back with a Taylor Aluminum Battery box and Flaming River Kill Switch, Light weight Black Carpet
2.Paint- Hugger Orange with checkered board tears airbrushed. (Nose of car has paint peel)
3.Wheels and Tires- 15 x 10 rear Pro Stars with 15 x 3 front Pro Stars. Skinny tires on the front with practically new Nitto Drag radials on the back. Mc Guard lug nuts,
4.Chassis & Suspension- Custom 10 point chrome molly cage, BMR Tubular K-Member, BMR Upper and Lower A-arms, BMR Extreme Duty Torque arm, BMR Chrome molly adjustable lower control arms, Powder coated front spindles, Front 12 way adjustable R Hal struts with QA1 Springs, Rear QA1 Hal 12 way adjustable shocks,
5.Engine Modifications- Stock 63,000 mile short block. Everything else is new such as Ported LS2 Oil pump, gaskets, etc. Ported and polished LS6 heads with 205/197 valves, Crane valve springs, 232/236-542/545 Lobe Sep 113 Comp Cam, Hardened push rods, etc. LS6 intake, LS6 Valley cover, custom 4 inch cold air powder coated black with K&N filter, 30lb SVO injectors, ASP Under drive pulley, New Motor Mounts
6.Transmission- Freshly rebuilt 4l60E with Yank 3600 stall converter. Polly Transmission mount, Autometer Transmission pressure gauge
7.Exhaust- Ceramic coated long tube headers, custom 3 in aluminum X pipe with bullet mufflers dumped at the rear end.
8. Rear End- Stock LS1 10 bolt with 323 gears.
I am sure I am missing some things so feel free to ask any questions. During this build I pulled this car down to nothing but the body. All the suspension under the car other than the Extreme duty torque arm is brand new. I striped the underneath of this car and coated it with Duplicolors spray on truck liner. I also powder coated the spindles and replaced the front brake rotors and pads.
NEW LOWER PRICE 13,000. OR TRADE FOR 66 - 67 NOVA. PRICE IS FIRM! You can not build this car for that and I have a lot more in it.
You can pm me here on the board or call me at work. 254-420-3630
Thanks
Dave

Dave, don't do it!!!
I remember when you were selling it before.
It caught my eye...now it looks even ten times better!
Good luck with the sale man.
P.S. - I'm not ever getting married, lol.
I got my priorities in check!!!

I'm still plannin' on going to Dave's on Wednesday to hit it with the laptop for troubleshooting.
And just think, if you buy it from Dave, you'll probably be able to sell it back to him in a couple of years.

dang dave cant believe your getting rid of it...i think the speedo going up during reving is interference from the tach signal...mine did the exact same going down the freeway it was jumping around i have to move the wires apartfrom each other...but i had no shifting issues...they make some sorta box to keep down the static/interference

Andrew,
I will be going to Austin one of those days. ill let you know which day I will be in town. Thank you for your help.
Daniel,
I am still planing on trying to fix it if it does not sell. My plan of attach is to try a cluster firts and aAndrew is looking at some tables in the PCM. We are also going to sap the PCM. My problem is I just do not have the time to mess with the car. I am sure its something stupid and simple. I just dont have patience.
Sean Buy this thing.lol

I'm off at 5, I could probably be at your place by 5:45 (allows me to get home, change clothes, and get my junk together).
I found my spare A4 PCM last night, but couldn't find my benchtop programming harness. I don't think I've ever read this PCM out, so that takes 20 minutes with my LS1Edit But after that I could flash it and we could work from there. I have to find my EFILive cable also I think it's in my car though (which is up on the lift, and can't come down because too much stuff is under it ).
Yeah, my place is a mess right now. Turning my shop in to a paint booth really jacks things up.
