I work out of state and always have a remtal car. Have been pulled over serveral times for speeding and have not goten a ticket.

She called me a while ago. She is there for work, we are from Chicago. She got pulled over on 59 between Houston and Victoria. 90 in a 70. Rental car. I thought for sure she would be toast, but he let her off with a warning. How common is that in TX? What is the procedure for a ticket in TX, just a fine? The officer asked if she had a mental condition to make her drive that fast, and he said it took him 8 miles to catch her. That's my girl.
he was probably just having a good day, and knew that she was from out of state, and felt like being nice....or maybe he just had a crush on her, who knows?

okmu bunch of ***** dogs 21 yrs as acity cop and a so deputy..... its officer discretion....but i would def write a ticket to a woman i stopped bc of the sex haarrasment charges saw it happen a bunch stop a woman ur nice dont give her a ticket and she call IAD and files some bs charges or even with a ticket they do the same thing BUT at least then u got some paper to CYA when they ask why u stopped her...................as for his GF she would have got a warning i probablt never wrote more than a 100 tickets in 21 years

I guess consider yourself lucky. They are normally really big ******** for no reason. They gave me a ticket for 49 in a 45 when i was in HS.
They pull my dad over in his work truck (Immigration) and try and give him a ticket all the time. He says its a power thing.

?haha, just kidding....i know what you mean....all some chicks have to do to get out of a ticket is bat those little puppy-dog eyes and act a bit airheaded/scared/clueless, and the cop starts thinking with the wrong head and can't do his job properly.....
not hating on the girls or anything....hell, if i could get away with it, i'd do it, too.....
hmm...maybe i should try that the next time i'm pulled over by a female officer.....
oh, and btw.....your girl's.....features.....are definitely why she got away with a warning.....

I have never had a problem with state troopers. Don't get me wrong, I don't think one has passed me up without pulling me over. I've had some who were a good 100 yards in front of me going 70, then slow down to a good 10-15mph just to let me get in front of them so they can pull me over. Every single time I got pulled over by a state trooper, I give them some excuse like "It's my Dad's car.. I know nothing about it." And they take it, considering the car is underneaths my Dad's name. Works every single time!

if she was wearing that outfit from the mustang pic, i can see why she got let off. i would almost always have her riding with me when speeding. and then when i get pulled over just switch seats and expose skin in both areas, excuse me miiiii oh my, have a nice day!
