Yea Tx. is no fault, BUT the insurance companies will establish fault to see which company should pay for damages, so you should be good.

Sorry to hear about you car, but atleast your ok. The police should have still hauled his *** away, even if he was under the legal limit. He was obviously too impaired to drive, its left to the officers discretion at that point.

Does anyone want to go into the translation business with me...lol, I'm thinking that we could start an on call business to drive out to places and translate for non spanish or non english speaking people in random situations. Im not hating on my people, but they are really full of **** sometimes and even though they are bilingual they like to pull the I dont speak english card on English speaking people. A translator can probably save you or someone alot of time and money if the cop understands what the non english speaker is saying..lol, and it could work the other way around too We could help translate from english to spanish for the non english speaking people that frequently get screwed in monetary transactions because they dont understand what they are signing or hearing. I say the demand would be high, but I dont know how to start it off. Any ideas??

Yeah, I was looking for a T/A in those pics but was not seeing it. I'm glad you are OK and that it was just a BMW.

hahaha well guys now that im all rested and what not time to answer questions.
and thank you for your thoughts.

My t/a was out of gas, so i asked my dad to take the loan car since his bmw is in the shop. (no miles go on my T/A and dont gotta waste gas) i normally do this whenever we have one of these loan car... so thats why im all like damn damn damn....cause it was a loan car and im not 21..

I feel fine besides the pain in my neck and shoulder. (whiplash, and seatbelt.)

and yeah i can almost guarantee if i was in the Trans Am witnesses would have said i was speeding or some ****, i dunno it just wouldnt have been a good situation in my eyes.

on another note, im glad it wasnt the T/A, my baby

this is the second wreck ive been in, the last one wasnt my fault either. and it was also in a bmw...

You have officially and indirectly confirmed that you have bad luck with BMWs.
