Lonestar Muscle New Car Club DFW Membership Info Inside!! DFW Car club information,
Name: Lonestar Muscle
Membership fee: Annual, $60.00 pays for swag ( shirts and hats. ( Additional fees for planned event days are possible. )
Current commitee staff: 5 members are represented as officers
NOT JUST F-BODIES
Ratchthed: Gilbert, Ace Racing Transmissions,
LS-1tech sponser/shop owner.
What a rush: Zach, Public Relations/Promoter
WS6-cobrakiller: Shawn, Organizer/Accounting Rep.
Greed4speed: Shannon, Swag designer/design Editor
Redchevcam: Cody, Organizer/Administrator

Lonestar Muscle will meet bi-monthly at a date determined and voted by the membership. All idea's
and issues will be brought to a vote by the whole membership. Any member is welcome to present any and all ideas to the commitee. Club leaders are voted in and can be subject to change. Each member that is apart of the club commitee is responsible for that held position. Any member that has shown that they are not responsible and that breaks rules will and can be kicked out.
Club meets will include a time line that will be followed, e.g
( EXAMPLE ONLY )
6:00pm- Meet and Greet ( Eat, chat and wait for all members )
7:00pm- Tech time ( Class on different parts of a vehicle)
8:00pm PLANNED EVENT
Different events will be scheduled based on a calendar, so all members will see what is expected in the future. All events are subject to change due to weather, membership vote etc. Members will have a chance to have their car looked at, at the shop. There will be voted membership incentives.
Club will have track days that will be reserved to only the club, also have club rivalry days at the track.
The club will meet at Ratchthed's shop ( Ace Racing Transmissions ) meeting place can be changed at discretion of membership.

We are working on that currently.
That is a fair question. If you would like to participate in the meetings, and receive the same benefit as the paying members, you will be asked to pay a dollar amount per meeting that is going to be determined soon.
The whole goal of this Club is to learn about your car and participate in activities with like minded people. No monies are going to go directly to any one person or entity, so by contributing monies you will be able to help the Club do more for it's members.
All fees paid are going to be placed into the Club's bank account, not someones pocket.

Sounds good, thanks for the support.
We have absolutely no intentions of including nor excluding anyone single person or group of people. We understand that this is not for everyone. It is unfortunate that right now feel you cannot find the monies required to participate. In time I am sure you will if it is something you want to do.
On another note:
We recently decided that we would only have one of us speaking for all of us. Meaning, rather than have a 5 headed spokesman we would ask one person to speak for the Founding Members. For the immediate time I will help Zach with those communications as this is a work in progress and it will help if I chime in on some of the questions that come up here in the open forums. Do not think negatively of the other guys just because you do not hear from them overtly in these forums. They are hard at work putting this together!

if your not mechanically inclined like myself, just pick up a damn book, do some research on the internet, cars arent very difficult and ive taught myself just about everything i know, and i know alot of ****.

You do realize its 60.00 a year? I bet they will even let you work out some kind of payment. Example 20 a month for 3 months. When it comes down to it 60.00 isnt that much money. Go out to eat 1 time less a week for a couple months and you have your money.

yea this is a great idea. not sure exactly how it will do. 60$ a yr is nothing. a good way to get some people together that have the same interests. I have a thing myself but its just for me, my brothers, and whoever i feel like asking to be apart of it. Mine is SSConceptz. Good luck.
