Some of you guys really do need to lay off the crack pipe.
These cars can be made fast; they have my respect for sure. But dumping that much money in a car just to hit those high dyno #s???? That's RICER mentality. Some of you guys are starting to sound like some ricer 
Don't forget about the displacement factor, especially when you throw forced induction into the picture. Hypothetically speaking, there's no reason why our LSXs can't make MORE POWER EASIER for LESS $$$.
I like 'em but never over any LSX. Or 03/04 Cobra for that matter. No way.

yeah i did mine alot cheaper than most..mine is an auto..im using a stock rebuilt tranny, stock rear end, stock driveshaft, stock axles, stock block, stock unported head..even a stock ECU with some piggy back electronics..
the only thing my motor has is upgraded pistons, rods, cams, valve springs, and ARP head studs..im even using my stock head gasket!!!!!!!
some of you guys need to stop being so ignorant..the reason most supra guys spend so much money on their cars because they like to make them look nice..body kits, custom paint jobs, racing seat, upgraded suspension, brakes, etc..
some of you guys just want to go fast, even if your car looks like ****!!!!! but hey, whatever floats your boat..just stop being so ignorant!!
and stop with that supras are dyno queens and they can't run from a dig...that myth has been proven wrong so many times already..NAME me one 6 speed Fbody running mid 8' with a stock *** tranny and rear end! Name me 1 LSX based car running 7s with stock block, stock head, stock rear end, stock axles...
supras are well built cars from the factory..everything about those cars were built to handle crazy amounts of HP from the factory..

not to start ****, but i haven't seen a supra in the 7s with stock block head rear and axles, and obviously if you had to have pistons and all those things, then that one seven second guy had a freak
and have you ever seen a body kit on an fbod that looked good? some people don't like those things, doesn't mean their car looks like crap

all supras that run 7s and low 8s are using the stock OEM block (with upgraded pistons and rods) , OEM ported head, stock rear end, and axles..if you dont know, then you need to do a search...
im not saying LXS can not be made fast...but you have to spend alot more in aftermarket parts so they can handle the power..

then add on a stroker motor, twin turbos, tranny upgrade, rear end upgrade...yeah they will add up..Parts for vipers are even more expensive than supra parts..
