Crazy as it sounds it's nothing new to me, maybe because I'm in the graphic design world. don't protect your TM's and what ever else you can lose them. Doubt that could ever happen to Ford but this happens all the time just not involving such big corporations. About the same as ATM suing the Seahawks for using the "12th Man" slogan.

Good job Ford! If GM ever tells me I cant use pictures of my own car I'm going to turn around sue them for pain and suffering from having to work on a LT1.

Wow.. Ford's probably going to lose more money in future sales than whatever money they make on the law suits.

Who doesn't like taking pictures of their car? Sucks that it's a suable offense now.. Some m*stangs can look bad ***.

I can understand Ford wanting to protect their intellectual properties but they way they are going about enforcing the protection is tantamount to business suicide. Makes more sense to charge a percentage for using their intellctual properties. I.E. 10% gross on any calender made with their logos and trademarks in them. Something like that makes a lot more sense. What they are actually doing is, well, being Ford.

Haven't heard of this til now...but Ford does seriously suck donkey nuts. The first thing I did when I picked her up is take all the Ford logo's off. (only 4 they were on each rim)

Ford has been one of those manufacturers that has rubbed me the wrong way. Even as a kid I hated their styling. Even the Mustang II to my 6 years old's eyes was a rolling abortion. Ford has a long history of muscling it's way with issues it feels it needs to push on people, companies, and even countries whether it's welcomed or not.

Lol! Probably. And maybe they'll start suing all of GM for "bullying" of the slowstangs (the inferior 'competition')

This just shows how the blue oval camp can be. lol.
