Dont think anyone will buy them knowing they were that tight on you! Come on now who wants to buy pants who's previous owners ball sack stayed in the pockets! 
and dont say your ball sack didnt stay in the pockets cause if they are somewhat tight and you dont see nut cleavage then I think you have a problem
