Default Thanks to LMR/Murillo Motorsports (vids inside)

Man its been crazy busy for me the last few weeks, so this "thanks" is going out a little late. The guys at LMR, got the car finished a few weeks ago. We removed the old heads, and put on some "off the shelf" TrickFlow heads, also went from solid roller to hydraulic, and a few misc changes as well.

Mike Murillo invited us to take the car to SAR to a track rental a little over a week ago (Thanks again Mike!). I couldn't get free from work, so the LMR guys took it with my dad and made a few passes.

The guys made a motor pass first, and the car ran good, and straight. So then they tried a nitrous hit. Josh had made a change or two to the suspension based off the launches a few weeks ago ( 1.26 60's with the solid roller setup ). First test launch was a 1.24 60', and it launched good and straight. Heres the video.

Tried for another pass, which netted a 1.25 60' Steven stayed in it a little longer , but the motor pushed a little water through the radiator cap. An the car started to get a little squirrelly, so he shut it down. Here's the video.

Got the car back, and its having trouble with the gasket on the same cylinder we have always had problems with on this block. After talking with Josh, Steven, and Brian from LME. I don't think it would be feasible to try and rework this block. Probably going to use it for a healthy N/A setup and stick it in another ride. Now I just got to figure out whats I'm going to go back with in the formula.

So many damn options these days!

Anyways thanks again to everybody that helped make it out. If I was stuck doing it myself , it would never make it out!

Larry
