when is the big cruise or whatever it is, can someone give me some info, its going to be my first year to go since i just got my ss

well i'm from vernon i might be able to help you out it's the first weekend of august 9,10,11 on the 9th will be the pre cruise where anybody can just get on the drag and sat mornin is the burn out it starts at 9a.m. and the cruise starts at 7-10 for cars that are 78 or older and after ten anybody can cruise and on sat alot of big dogs go down to w.f. dragstrip and sunday is the car show anymore questions

yup that's it, it's got about 11,000 but on cruise night it jumps to about 22,000 it's crazy hope you can make it

that sounds interesting... Might have to get the Ballistic speed crew up for this..
So its pretty nice and has nice turnout..
that is funny that it is done in vernon...
DAM....
that is the town that I see 8 cops at, at the 5 stop lights.. LOL
am I right or is that an exaggeration

yea it's a good turn out all kinds of muscle cars show up the past few years i've seen alot of f body's, c5's, c6's just everything and it's always a good time at tha track on sat night if you wanna talk to one of the main guys that started this call this parts store (940) 553 4421 and ask for terry steel call between 9a.m. and 6p.m. and he can answer any questions you have ohh yea tha track in w.f. is 1/8 mile track

ohh yea during the cruise there out there(cops) but there's up to 2,500 cars on a 3 mile drag 4 lanes wide you can still have some fun
