well, i'll be better educated than most so its w/e. i figured the ROTC guys dont get very much respect regardless or title/rank. thanks for the input, i have my own workouts from highschool that worked well for me then, i used to run 5:40 miles so i'll be fine. Thanks guys.

Yea, but endurance is the key. And I hardly call humping the ground a push up, and touching your elbows to your knees a sit up....but maybe that's just me.
