Swollen arms and elbows.. Need advice

Stop all that work out crap... your not doing yourself any good!

Get up, go to the grocery store and buy a Chocolate Cake, a tub of Blue Bell, a gallon of milk, a bag of greasy chips and some cheap *** frozen dinners. Then go home and just sit on the couch the rest of the weekend.

You'll be fine come Monday! You can thank me later...

but the ibprofin helps a ton, they are not nearly as swollen as they were this morning

I had that happen to me and scared me. It went away about 2 days later. Nothing to worry about. Just drink water and take some IBprofen or w/e.

well is it cuss of the muslce millk or what ever it's called that is making muscle mass or just cuss of the work out?

my mom said its most likly an electrolyte imbalance and that the protien powder made it worse...just drink water and gatorade...and take ibprofen like stated before..

and thex mcowart, ive had 7 cups of water today, and the swellings gone down a ton. now its just around my elbows the most.
