Default Thanks Sixspeed inc!!! short video inside

I just wanted to shoot a shout out to Amber/Joe and Scott. They finished my 6 speed conversion on my turbo V6 camaro!!!

Notice how long i stay in the gears! (nice)

Every time i tried to chop up the video it messed up so this is raw footage, Sorry.... (A couple WOT blasts about 1/2 way into the video)

The goal was to start getting used to new shift points and to get used to new shifting (t56 VS t5)...

Nice video. Just glad to see it on the road. I look forward to seeing how much better you like this than the T5.

Amber

PS: I tried calling you back. I guess you wanted me to see this video

i didnt know you could do that, i would that that would be the ultimate highway MPG car. because you have less cylinders and still the same gear ratio's. Is it a direct bolt on or does a bell housing need to be made?

I purchased some time on a dyno, Tiago and i will be tuning it next Sat. The following weekend I'll be at the sealy track for the V6 challange. I will not have enough seat time on this set up to do anything spectacular, I guess we'll see what happens. I'm looking to hit high tens or low elevens.

Tiago answered this already, it is completly customer, and in different input shaft, different tail housing, a mating plate between the T5 bellhousing and the T56. It was very indepth, but Six speed inc got it done!

sent my info via pm on the other board.

as for attendance.
its a money thing.
injured at work, now unemployed = no income.
cant afford to bring both cars down.
if...(and its a thin if) i can make it it would most likely be the turbo car.
it gets better gas mileage on the highway.
if i brought the jug car i'd be wanting to light off a both stages...but being 5hrs from home, no truck/trailer to haul it (if i blow it up again.lol) it could bite me in the ars if something went south (like last yr).

trust me...i want to be there. hell, my daughter even scheduled 2 days off work to help drive one of them down back when the date was set..
this sucks!
you'll do well, crack em!

Dan,

that sucks big time I was looking forward to the schooling you were going to give
If you decide to come down, we have a trailer and truck you can use to pull your car somewhere and get it fixed in case of emergency, hell you could take it to dallas if you wanted. As long as you bring it back, its my DD
