94-98 cobra?
94-98 cobra? i was curious what mods a cobra would need to make it a close race with me? i saw one in town going the opposite way and he shot me a rev, sounded good, and looked good, im thinking it was a 95 or so...mods in sig and soon to come LT and Catted Y with cut out
Yeah, i have two running around in my neighborhood, a black one and a white one. They are pretty nice... I have straight worn both of them out.. But car is H/C, stalled..

i looked specs and it said stock they run high 13's, low 14's...i asked this question in the racer lounge and some guy said he ran 11.7 with a NA 98 cobra with susp, boltons and like a 1.56 60ft...so i was like WTF

Verdad Gallardo They have gone mid-low 11's at like 114-116 with full bolt-ons. These are 5 speed cars too not autos, but good luck running into a car like that. It's just too easy to put a blower on and call it a day.
They dyno 300rwhp or so with full bolt ons, and weight a bit less than a stock LS1, basically it takes some steep gears and bolt ons to run with a stock LS1. They do like boost but the motors are not forged and 500RWHP is about all they are gonna take stock, if that.
That sounds like BS, they don't run 11's with just bolt ons.... more like high to mid 13's.
the guy cut a 1.56 60 so i believe him, full bolt ons, geared, drag tires, susp and weight reduction, throw in a good DA and track prep i think its possible just very hard and not a common run
With full bolt ons, suspension mods, and gears...its possible with a good driver at a track that doesn't blow (obviously at a good track with a 1.56 60')
