Anyone want to adopt this dog before it gets put down? This email was forwarded to me, I thought I'd post it up in case anyone was thinking of getting a dog, maybe you might like to rescue this one.
LAST CALL on Slade... He has been at the shelter for 6 weeks and is the next one to be put down.
Slade looks like a polar bear and is a very happy boy! PLEASE CALL THE SHELTER ASAP IF YOU CAN HELP HIM!
If you can help any of these babies, please call the shelter ASAP at 281-842-3700. LaPorte is now open 7 days a week! 7AM-6PM Mon-Fri and 7AM-3PM on Sat & Sun. They are a kill shelter and very tiny, so time is crucial!!

Thanks, you never know who may want a dog, so if you can, pass it on. If nothing else, someone that you may not thing wants it, may know someone that does.
thats a nice looking dog hope some one takes its
