I remember that night, Steven nitrous line was leaking like a **** so he just put a jacket over the bottle where the line was leaking and ran the car like that... he only had to bump the button for a quick sec...

If you knew her you would understand. Thats generally how a street race works, you try and gain an advantage anyway possible IMO. I used to have cars set me out when I knew good and well that my car was faster...lol.
