There's some other factors with Joe as well though, he had to have surgery which has prevented him from finding a job soon after the lay off & it's due to injuries while on the job. I'd pull from unemployment myself before paying all the penalties for pulling my money out of long term investments. I'd save my liquid assets for if/when the unemployment ran out, but that's just me, I'm not too proud to take a little back from the whole lot that I've paid in. I've had to draw it once when I was laid off right after 9/11, other than that, I've always been able to find a job in a matter of a few weeks at most.

The clutch he was selling is actually my clutch kit called "Diamond Clutch". I've been selling these for the last year (with great results, btw). It should have NEVER been sold as a Textralia. Had I known this was going on, I would have stopped it from happening. I thought he bought these 2 clutches for his friends. Anyway, glad things are getting worked out!
