Thats like saying " All I did wrong was sell a Camaro coupe and accidentally put it as a SS". You purposely deceived people. Even though you are returning the money does not negate the fact you where selling bogus items under the name of another company. Tex can still have you in a world of hurt for selling a product under their name falsely. Do you understand what you have done? That would be like me porting heads in my garage and selling them as "Tony Mamo ported heads". It is wrong what ever way you slice it.

There's some other factors with Joe as well though, he had to have surgery which has prevented him from finding a job soon after the lay off & it's due to injuries while on the job. I'd pull from unemployment myself before paying all the penalties for pulling my money out of long term investments. I'd save my liquid assets for if/when the unemployment ran out, but that's just me, I'm not too proud to take a little back from the whole lot that I've paid in. I've had to draw it once when I was laid off right after 9/11, other than that, I've always been able to find a job in a matter of a few weeks at most.

See he is resorting to name calling. If you notice he will not reply to my comment because he knows it is right. There is no way out, you should have thought about that before you made the choice to do this.

Accidentally? Bitch you knew that wasn't a textralia clutch! If i was textralia i would be suing the **** out of you for stealing my name to put on generic products! Textralia worked hard to design a high performance clutch proven time after time, and not for some low life worthless piece of ****** **** to steal their name and label his generic clutches as textralia's! I hope your little 19 yr old *** doesn't see sunlight for another 50 yrs. Lazy piece of ****!

Default Fwiw

The clutch he was selling is actually my clutch kit called "Diamond Clutch". I've been selling these for the last year (with great results, btw). It should have NEVER been sold as a Textralia. Had I known this was going on, I would have stopped it from happening. I thought he bought these 2 clutches for his friends. Anyway, glad things are getting worked out!

Pat screwed up for sure. But the clutch is not, by any means, generic.

Well kids, what have we learned today? This is why we have paying sponsors you can rely on !!!

And to stick to Top brand named vendors, with race proven parts. They spend Big $$ into test the products. And there are good members on tech that can be trusted.
