Good times, and here I was happy that mine ran a 9.17. 
I need to give Andy a call one of these days to get hooked up on a CAI and tune. I'm undecided about what to do for exhaust. I don't want it loud inside, but do want more sound.

Why in the first video does it show you lining up next to a gray 2nd Gen Camaro and cut to you racing a black 4th Gen T/A? Was the T/A trailered in?

the trailer car thing is a running JOKE with some friends.....just being a SMART @SS.....and i believe the TA did show up on a trailer, i got a 4th Gen F-body that is a solid high 6 car BY DEFAULT....the prep wouldn't hold for most of use on NORMAL SIZE tires.....the cars like the primer camaro that had 16"s of CONTACT had no trouble.....i had the car treed and was out front till i got the DREADED NO SHIFT STUFF......still sorting out the nits.....
this is just the second time at the track with the new motor......having to completely relearn the sweet spot for the setup......you know the mechanical and electronic......but it is coming along nicely.....we are looking to 2 stage the nitrous and run some 10's full weight and STREET TIRES.....we'll see if we're just crazy or if it can be done......it is only 100 pills in it and i got a 7.26 with the nitrous on at 5000 rpm's on the street tires so i believe we can do it.....and SOON I HOPE!!!!!!!!!!

The T/A was my mothers car. Not trailered in. We were trying to figure out why with M/T drag radials at 12lbs in the tires, they were still spinning theirs asses off with a 3500 launch. I was trying to drive that damn thing but it would not hook up. We did noticed that the tire is spinning a little on the wheel. We're going back in a couple of weeks to try something new. I had a recommendation to try a higher tire pressure, 17lbs to be exact. It has a new clutch in it with almost 1000 miles. Don't think that the clutch is slipping because at 6500 it goes smoothly into gear and no problems at all with gear shifting. Don't know for sure but something's not right.
But I did see that "clifford" had a lovely backfire.

to me i think your clutch was slipping...i heard you run and every time you hit the gas it heard the limiter 1st second and 3rd...
you can see my car in the vids...i was working on the suspension and got it to hook the last 3 passes of the nite

actually if your talking about me on my small radials...i did get it to hook at the end of the nite...just took some suspension changes...i went a 1.50 60' leaving in second gear...later i left in first and saw nothin but sky...it was fun!
the guy in the lanes told me at the end of the nite that he knew i couldent hook those soft compound street tires...he said he was sure i needed slicks to hook...guess he was wrong
Truthfully, the only reason I don't think that the clutch was slipping is because there was no change or smell in how the clutch acted. No matter what RPM or speed or gear it would go into any gear with one finger if you wanted. Plus as stated before, no smell. But you are right, it sounded and felt like it. We're going back in a couple of weeks on Wednesday with a few changes. Hopefully it isn't a brand new clutch that is going **** up.
Plus that was racing barefoot. I was on my bike and all I had were my motorcycle boots on. I couldn't feel **** through those things.

if it wasnt the clutch slipping the rear end shoulda been loose when the rpms jumped and you woulda noticed...of course i guess that rear coulda been toasted and only been spinning one tire...
I got a TBSS recently...love seeing them fast! Its fun as hell stock....I am working on an intake for it that I will be marketing soon. I just hate to have to tune it
