Actually to be honest, there has been no REAL threat at all.. the only time was i said i was going to be in Houston in June, i said i may have to take a tour of TX..... And all message are regarding info on what we are going to take legal action on

 

Going to write the Certified Letter today, and i am going to talk to Adam and we are going to do something with the local authorities.

 

Calling the parents is priceless to me IMO....then again I raised a son so a phone call like that and his life story would be:

"I got kicked out of one military school then another. Now I'm in some desert trying to dodge mortars and can't drink any beer!"

Hell yea, call his parents. Thats priceless. Hopefully they aren't scum also though. Thats the only problem. sometimes you get little punk kids like this pullin this **** & its b/c their wonderful parents set the example for them. I have seen people try to deal with parents like this & its just as useless as dealing with the punk kids.

I would almost gaurentee you someone is gonna end up catching him parked at a meet & in a not so gentle way tell him he fucked up. Hell it really doesn't even need to be talked about in detail. Everyone is pissed off about this & we all know those one guys who just like to fight anyway. That'll be the one to get him. Especially in such a big tight f-body group like the Houston & Dallas areas.

Understood, that wasn't really directed at you but just wanted to heed warning to anybody in case they want to say something like " Thanks, I have his address and I'm going over there now to take care of business etc". Believe it or not there are some very naive people that will throw violence and non discreet threats like that and wouldnt think a second to type or post it on the front page of a newspaper if they had the chance.

 

Yea and with insult to injury his parents might be the type that might say "Oh no, not my patty watty, he's a very good boy, he would never do anything like that".

 

All you need do at that point is print out every post and UNDERAGE DRINKING PICTURE and send it to them, certified return receipt

Torchd, you paid with paypal correct, is that Linked to the "credit card" thats attached to your bank account? Or did it come STRAIGHT from your checking account? If it did not come straight from your checking and you actually used the "visa debit/credit card" you CAN reverse the charges and not go negative.

hey i used to live in lombard before i moved to texas, i loved it up there... GO Cubs.
