The 'SCAMMER' PAT WS6... Texas Need Your Help!
Sorry this might be a little long
Ok not going to get controversial, here but myself (Jonas) and 021Less (Adam) got fvcking scammed by this douche bag *** clown cack sucker.
I have been talking with Adam, he maybe in better shape than me as he paid by an actual Credit Card, were as i paid with an instant transfer to PayPal with my bank Credit Card. Adam and I both opened up a dispute with PayPal. The douche bag *** clown cack sucker AKA The Pat WS6 sent up both refunds that are still pending right, via E-check... here is where it gets intresting. I talked with a person that works for PayPal, he said since The douche bag *** clown cack sucker send us a refund, that our dispute will be CLOSED!!! It is a loop hole in PayPal and scammers know about it. He has our money, and once the refund tries to post with no funds in his PayPal acct nothing will happen. so he has our money and heeeeeeee goneeeeeeeee Now Adam has a better shot at getting his money back b/c he used a CC. he can ask for a charge back, were i am, plain and simple AM FVCKED!!! Basically if my bank reverses the funds, my PayPal acct will be negative, and in days will need to make it positive otherwise they send you to collections...... So basically I lose all around
Jarrod with Textralia sent us both info on DTPA (Deceptive Trade Practices Act). And wants us to get into contact with their attorney's. I did e-mail and PM Jarrod but has not yet gotten back to me. I too called my attorney and he gave me a number to a guy that handles **** like this. So we will see what happens. If all else fails, the DTPA (Deceptive Trade Practices Act) states If you want more info: DTPA
So Texas and others what should we do? Thanks to members of ls1tech, i have ALL his info. His parents name, address, home and cell phone number.....
Who wants to pay him a visit

Instead, all the consumer must show is that the defendant caused confusion regarding the source of the goods or services.
This section also prohibits acts that cause confusion regarding the sponsorship, approval, or certification of goods or services. It prohibits people from representing a product has the approval of an organization that has not really approved it. Certification is a formal process that often has significant meaning to consumers. Examples of certification includes various seals of approval, such as the Good Housekeeping Seal and the U.L. or Underwriters Laboratories certification for electrical products. (4) Using deceptive representatives or designations of geographic origin in connection with goods or services.
This section prohibits people from stating that products come from a certain country or location when, in fact, they did not. This would include stating falsely that a certain wine is from France, a fine watch was made in Switzerland, or a certain coffee is made from beans grown in Columbia.

I think that if my money and Adam's money does not get returned we are calling the local authorites there and are going to take action on him. But first i am going to send a certified letter to his house explaing that he needs to get me my refund, other wise appropriate action will be taken against him
