A/C help.... Anybody know what would cause the AC to get stuck on Defrost/floor vents...
I went to turn it on the other day, and no matter what I set the AC too. the defrost/legs only work..
so if I set it on MAX A/C it blows it out the defrost vents, and the leg vents..
any help here??????

There is a T connection underneath the hood towards the back of the engine on the passenger side that was broke one time and that was the fix for me. Its small vacuum hoses that come together.
The hose is maybe 1/8". The nipple that the hose attaches to is on the opposite side as the nipple for the brake booster hose. I'd say you can't miss it, but it's quite easy to.
After the 1/8" nipple, some year models have a Tee. One side goes to a vacuum canister by the passenger side foglight, then to the A/C box. The other side goes to the AIR solenoid (looks like a spaceship). If you deleted the AIR system when you did the headers, you can just delete the Tee and plug the hose that runs toward the PCM/AC box directly into the manifold.
