We're doing our once a year tune special right now. Price is 250 for a full dyno tune which includes a wide band.
Areas of focus:
Start up idle on cammed cars
Idle quality and reduction in surge from cammed cars
Fuel trims and fuel economy performance
Part throttle responsiveness
WOT optimization of a/f ratio and ignition timing
I tune on the conservative side of performance. I go for the max power that is going to be safe to run for your application.
The special lasts for the whole month of May. So take advantage of it and get your car tuned today! Average results have been 1-4 tenths in 1/4 mile times, and 2-4 extra mpg!

A dyno's one of the most important tools for a good tune... Measuring a difference on the dyno is much more accurate than measure a difference by SOTP. Plus on the dyno you can by each rpm if you're gaining or losing by adding fuel. Sometimes a car makes more power with more fuel down low, and less up top. But only way to actually see what it likes is with a dyno.

It's always better to have a complete dyno tune done custom to your vehicle, vs. putting in a hand held hit or miss type programmer... There are too many variables with these cars, especially if you're talking about an f-body that has a few miles on it and could have a weak fuel system, dirty maf, or bad o2 sensors... This is something a dyno tune can tell you, because I'll be testing all of that stuff.

Most trucks require a bench top harness to be hooked straight up to the computer while flashing because of all the electronics on the trucks that interfere with the flashability of the pcm through the dash connector.
