Note, that applies only to rubber/vinyl trim. If you're talking about plastic pieces, I wouldn't use that solution, as the nylon bristles will scratch it. For that, some detailing spray and a clean microfiber cloth should do the trick.

For those that don't know, when it comes to car detailing, Mike is the man...and I'm not kidding either.
Ok, Mike, - here's one for you - what about bug guts?? I've scrubbed the hell out of it (well, as hard as I dared) and NOTHING happened...

Mother's back to black and awesome should NEVER be used in the same sentence.
b2b is one of the worst detailing products on the market.
you are better off using nothing on your trim if b2b is your only solution.

but it doesn't .. that is the issue. it looks good for a couple of days tops and provides no other benefit.
It has zero UV protection (despite their claims), and will actually, over time, cause the trim to break down, forming a chalky white finish that can only be corrected by replacing the trim.
If you are going to take the time to applying a dressing to your trim, which you should, then apply something that actually works.

those are a few of the good products I would recommend. they look great, provide real protection, and will cause no damage.
Mother's makes some good products. B2B is not one of them.
And it is not just my opinion. If you took a poll of the top 50 detailers on this board, you would hear the same thing from almost all of us. It is a horrible product. Just because it makes things look good for a few days doesn't mean it is the best thing for your car. remember .. rubbing Keresone on your paint will make it shiny for a few days. (making a point .. please do not do that! )
