Oh and before everyone says it, Im not taking off the ground effects and I know it needs to be lowered. Sorry bout the low quality pics they were taken with my phone. It was all I had at the time.

they have been chromed, 19x10fronts, 19x11rears. the front tires are decent, the back ones are pretty much bald in the middle, and they are pirellis. $3500

Both sets of wheels look great. I'm not sure why, but as much as I love the CCW's, I think your wheels go better with the red/black (tinted) scheme. Maybe it's just the pick angles or quality or that the wheels are dirty. Or maybe I'm going crazy..
