Intake Bolt Broken - Any Help?

Intake Bolt Broken - Any Help? I attempted to remove my LS6 intake yesterday and somehow when removing the front right bolt it snapped in 2 (the threaded part) and is stuck inside my motor. Without actually removing the intake because I put the TB and lid back on and stopped when this happened. Anyone have any tools to remove an intake bolt that is inside the block? 
Or someone that can point me into the direction in getting it out?
I am located in Houston and will pay if someone can help me out! Thanks

I did this once doing H/C on my Z. I thought all the bolts went into the heads not the block, could be wrong.
What i did was took a piece of a hack saw blade to file a slot into the top of the bolt. I then screwed it out with a small flat head.

I saw a guy spot weld a thin piece of metal onto the top of a bolt like that. He spot welded, then bent the rod and turned it out by hand. Pretty gruff guy, but he had serious skills to weld inside a hole like that. I wouldn't suggest just anyone doing that..........
Another option is using an EZ Out bolt extractor. Drill a small pilot hole, screw in the ez out, and then remove the broken bolt. Any auto parts store, Sears, etc should have these.
