keep it unless you plan to get ride of it someday.
If you want to really get rid of it then trade it in on the Vette, if your bargining skills are any good you could get the Vette for under 21,000 (gas price/ economy/ sales average factor). Then you will have to finace the car at some ridiculus APR because it is used.
Depending on your current APR I would just consider paying it off by doubbleing/ trippeling your payment then saving for a downpayment on a new Vett, get low APR, GM's 5 year drivetrain warranty as well as a monthly note close to 500-600 a month.(roughly)
With todays economy...play it safe/smart. Dont think irrationally.
