Houston speed shops going back to LT1?
i keep hearing how MTI, G-force, and HPE are all going to make LT1s their top priority. has anyone else heard that? personally i doubt that would happen. MTI and g-force have already dropped the LT1, and MTI has dropped the f-body all together. is there any truth to these rumors? hopefully one of these shops will chime in and fill us in.

Or maybe GM has programmed the computers to self destruct the motor of every LT1 ever made on July 4, 2008....

LT1's arent slow. They just dont have as huge of an aftermarket as the LS1 and probably never will. If the aftermarket was bigger it would be alot better of an engine. Look at the millions of options for your LS1 vs the thousands of options for the LT1. It wont happen but dont sleep on the LT1's, well most of them you can but there are plenty of decent ones that can keep up with your LS1s.
