Borger sucks so have fun with that! I lived there for about 8 yrs. and glad im gone. There is a couple twin turbo cobras there. The black one is making 800 rwhp and the mystichrome is a 5.4 swap with twins making 1xxx rwhp. There is actually quite a few nice/quick cars up in that region.

Cruise night usually every first weekend of the month. The Polk St cruise is Aug 2nd, that’s a lot of fun. Everyone usually meets up at the corner of Bell and Hillside and cruises up town. Go to Amarilloracers.com for the skinny. Welcome to the area.

The black one got sold! and the mystichrome has never been on a dyno to get 1xxx rwhp!

Im not sure if you are in denial or not but that car IS a 1xxx rwhp car. I dont care if its been on a dyno or not. Similar builds have yielded over the 1xxx hp mark and i don't see why this one would be any different.

Cool. There's a few LS cars running around out there. This was a show / cruise / race event in Pampa in June:

Has anything panned out job-wise out there ? Hang tight, I wouldn't come back to H-town until at least Wednesday-the storm out to have cleared out by then !
