I swear every damn Hurricane gets a thread on tech.........We all know how accurate those tracking charts are which is why I dont even care about hurricanes until they are with-in striking distance.

I think this is the big one and it might actually hit us this time around, kinda looking forward too it, it's funny seeing so many people panic..lol, and the way the media covers it, it's even more ridiculous

I used to live in Corpus Christi and still have family in Port Aransas so Im watching this one very closely.

yeah i love watching this **** as well..hell it destroyed about 80% of that little island it hit...i hope it does come to texas...we need the rain

A little tropical storm with rain would be ok, we need it for sure, but hoping it does come to texas as a major hurricane? Seriously if you lost a home to a storm I bet you'd think otherwise.

very true...i dont live on the coast and i do pray for anyone that does if this thing hits...it probably will do some damage..but hell give N.O. a break at least we are above Sea Level

i am just watching, but don't think it will affect the Houston area. Not real sure, but the media hypes these things up terribly bad. My home Builders cut plywood for all the windows in case of weather or whatever, so all i would have to do is clip the wood up, and get a keg.
