Default How much are the houses out here?

I went driving around with my friend in houston, and we happened to drive through a place that i BELIEVE was called River Oaks. Man... The houses out here are AMAZING! I'm relatively new to the area, and I was just wanting to get a general price of the houses in the area, as I have been looking for a nice area.

Yeah, I ended up looking it up and saw that. Some of the houses were around $20 mill!!! What kind of people can afford houses like that? I mean, not even movie stars or musicians get houses that extravagant! Theirs are usually a modest 3-4 mill. Lol. I just can't wrap my mind around what profession pays well enough to afford a $20,000,000 home!

Usually not an employee but an employer who can afford those homes.
