Get whatcha pay for sometimes. You an order directly off of Snap On's website now, no dealer required.

Re: My Craftsman TQ wrench broke, where can I send it for repair I've been through 3 craftman torque wrenches. They are junk after about a year. The first 1 I brought back, I had to go all the way up to the store manager until I got it resolved, and even then they gave me a hard time.
