Looking for an adjustable metal hole saw need to be able to cut 4 4.5 and 6" holes. Anyone have a link, everyone I found was $150+.

I had one a couple years ago but don't know where it went. its got a center drill bit 3/8" with 2 adjustable cutters on each side, you measure and set it to your set size. if you google you'll find some pics.

thick stuff and 20 ga dont go together. 20 ga is pretty thin

when your cutting it by hand i beg to differ. for welding/ fuel cutting/ plasma it might be paper thin but try making a hole and cutting a tight radius in it with a pair of snips. anyway, i think that was taking out of context, that tool he showed i meant to say im not sure how it would do on something as thin as even 20 ga.

I only use these in sheet metal work. They work perfect!

At that thin a sheet, what about just drawing the
hole and using an air nibbler? One size fits all.
