TIG Welders

My dad is looking for a TIG welder for christmas. Could anyone recommend a good quality entry level TIG machine. Maybe a company like Miller, Lincoln, or ESAB? He would like to weld aluminum, stainless and mild steel. I was thinking along the lines of the miller Econotig, but have no idea where to start.
