Maybe you meant Flare wrench???
If not, then I'd like to know what a flame wrench is too. Never heard of one.

Acetylene cutting torch is "flame wrench" or "smoke
wrench"; usually meant as the last resort after the
BFH fails
What you really want is a floor jack or two and plenty
of 1/2" - 3/4" thick wood shims (like a 1"x2" cut into
few-inch pieces) that you put between the pipe and
everything it's close to, jack the Y and I up to full
compression, and tighten the bolts. Do this with the
suspension loaded (like all 4 wheels on Rhino ramps).
You may miss a spot or three and have to try again,
but this is the way to get the thing to hang quiet.
Judicious use of the BFH on certain parts of the
pipe or chassis sheet metal may still be required....

Also called the "Blue tipped wrench"
If we're talking nicknames for tools don't forget the "DOG KILLER". It's that two foot flat head everyone should have sitting next to their 5lb sledge that's often referred to as a "Ford tool".
