This is for basic oxyacetylene:
When flame cutting:
a. the oxygen pressure is equal to the acetylene pressure.
b. the oxygen pressure is greater than the acetylene pressure.
c. the oxygen pressure is less than the acetylene pressure.
d. the base metal is melted completely.
A cutting torch tip:
a. is similar to a welding torch tip.
b. has several small preheat orifices and one large cutting orifice for pure oxyygen.
c. has several small preheat orifices and one large cutting orifice for pure acetylene.
d. is similar to a heating tip.
When flame cutting the preheat flames (with the cutting jet open) should be:
a. carburizing.
b. oxidizing.
c. neutral.
d. reducing.
In the vertical position, filler metal should be added to the leading edge of the puddle to prevent:
a. an excesively convex face.
b. undercut.
c. porosity.
d. lack of face reinforcement.
List the three members of the combustion triangle:
1. ______________________________
2. ______________________________
3. ______________________________
Thanks Will

Man, that's the easy stuff!!!!
Truthfully answering them for ya aren't gonna do you any good so I'm not. Welding is a great skill to have! Why don't you just learn it if you have the chance? I wish I could find an affordable welding class around here to brush up on my MIG/TIG skills.
