Default Any Tool To Hold Up Lifters

Any one making any? I dont want to spend $100.00 for the T.R. one. ANd i dont like the magnet trick.

Use two chunks of 5/16" dowel rod (alum or steel, wood might not be a great idea).. Insert them into the holes next to the cam -- the ones hidden by the cam retainer plate...

I have always used the pen magnets, I may try the above method next time since there is a 0% chance of one falling through.......
