Jack Stand Placement
Car is very eager to be supported by two points only, so I'm very careful and leave the wheels on anytime I'm not settled on all 4 jackstands.
At the shop we do jackstands on the pinchweld (quite an impression left there!), and the cars have a zillion-point road-race cage, and a plate welded on the underbody to put the jack, jacking one whole side at a time.
I would nascar jack, but I've heard it could bend thigns. Anyone do it?

5... Position jackstands under front frame rails.
Good to go! This is what I always do. Putting the front onto ramps first really makes things easier. I also don't have a muffler in the rear, so that makes jacking the rear differential up easier.
