What tools do you need to do a clutch?

What tools do you need to do a clutch? I'm getting a new pilot and throwout bearing with my clutch kit, what tools do I need to be able to remove/install these items? I've never done any work with bearings before.

Go to Installuniversity.com and there is a step by step install of a clutch and it also tells you exactly what you need to do one. I hope you are putting in a single disc because a twin disc is a pain in the ***. Good luck and have fun

Dope, you're in for it on the C5. Don't forget the C5 clutch is at the engine, not hte trans. Exhaust gotta go, torque tube gotta go, that means the heat shield around the torque tube (with like 9,000 screws) gotta go.... Hope you got air tools!!! Have to be careful as well, if you let the engine tilt back too far you can do damage. Not to deter you, many people have done it successfully, but it's not an easy task.
Best bet is pull the exhaust, then the rear cradle, then the trans/rear diff. Then work on the torque tube.
Are you doing this on a lift???

Nope, jackstands. I'm not too worried, I have already replaced the rear diff. It involved dropping the mufflers, midpipes, rear cradle, and then tilting the torque tube down. This is gonna be the same deal except I remove the torque tube instead of the rear diff.
I've just never done a clutch before, I've always owned automatic cars before this.
Just need a little height and yer good to go
