LS crankshaft reluctor wheel install tool

Someone rent the tool used to install a reluctor wheel on a LS crankshaft? Where or from who I can get one?
Found that Goodson RRJ-350 is the tool I need. Someone have one for rent?

A location might help your cause. Some machine shops have them as well and maybe someone could point you toward one.
