What 2 post lift do you use?
In the market for a 2 post lift again for home. We have nothing but rotary at work, I don't really want to spend that much. Looking to see what people can drive their lowered car up to and lift without having to stack planks or break out the floor jack.
I was looking at forward i10/revolution rpt10 until I read it's a pain in the *** to lift a corvette with a rear arm that's almost too long, plus you have to stack planks. The other option at a similar price is bendpak.
What's everybody here using?

I'm running a 9k Ammco (wheeltronics) that I bought used for a great deal, I like it, but sourcing parts SUCKS!!!! If I bought this thing new I'd be on the war path with Ammco Coats. It is a very nice unit in all other aspects. I'll second a Bend Pak though, I have a friend with a 9k floor plate model and it has been outstanding, I grew up working on Rotary's and I would say the Bend Pak is a very close second to a Rotary for the price difference.

I have a rotary 9k asymmetrical in my shop. Got it used and it had been sitting outside in the weather for a few years. Had to clean up the hydraulics a little and bought some new equalizing chains and misc junk. But it's been the single best investment, tool wise, I've ever made.

I'm thread digging... I'm about to build a shop & am definitely going the 2-post route. My concern is that my car is lowered on Strano springs, so it's low. If I'm dropping the coin on a lift, I don't want to drive it up on ramps to get under it.
Bendpak offers a low profile lifting arm, but the minimum pad height is actually 0.5" higher than the standard arm...
Anyone have any experience (with any brand) regarding a lowered 4th gen?

I went with a Revolution rtp10, it's the same as one of the older forward lifts. I think Bendpak lists a 4.25" min pad height, my Revolution sits at 3 1/16" or 3 1/8 over the big rivet when using the included round pad. I'll do a video for you,
