Yea, I'm working on a huge tire rack since I have several sets of wheels/tires stacked everywhere. Also plan on getting more shelves. I've just been way too busy with work and other projects to get around to it.

The house is equally as nice. But it's actually my parents. I'm just lucky enough to live right down the street so I completly overtook two of the garages before they got a chance too Couldn't let all that great garage space go to waste.

The upper garages have epoxy floor covering. The lighting sucks in them though, I'm working on installing a ton of flourescent lights. The lower garages have Diamond Clear floor covering. This stuff was great until I started working down there. The gas and coolant spills eat the Diamond Clear like no other. One day I want to move everything out of there and put down real epoxy covering.

Here are the upper garages, each one is a 4 car garage:

Dang that is a lot of boxes! They take up less space and look less cluttered if you put some of them inside each other and stack them against the wall, though. (I've got a wall in my apartment that's 2/3-covered with boxes )

wow those are awesome. I am looking for some land to build a house for me and my fiance. but first things first. I told her I wasnted a 3 or 4 bay garage with a doghouse/apt on top with full amenities. but all those garages look sweet. although I wish I had 1.4 million things to be worried about. hahaha.

After working in a few different shop layouts, I have come to the following conclusions:
1. You have can never have enough electrical outlets or light fixtures.
2. The ceiling needs to be closed in.
3. Paint the walls and ceiling which brightens up the whole shop
4. Lots of windows
5. Paint the floor
6. Make sure the workbench is heavy and bolted to the wall.
7. You can't have enough shelf / cabinet space.

Well I redid the old garage and while i still can't keep it clean I do have a nice place to park when I do clean it anyways here are the key things

1 paint walls and cleing with GLOSS white paint. It more reflective and cleans up easy
2 tile the floor HD had floor tile which is close to Race Decks flow though design for 1/3 the cost 8.99 for 10 sqft
3 Cabinets are your freinds

some of the work in progress
