When I was a tech at a manufacturing company (30 years ago) we had to buy all our hand tools. I had Craftsman for the most part because they were affordable and could exchange them locally. But on tools that we knew we were going to destroy from use we bought Snap On. The Snap On soft hammer I bought almost 40 years ago finally came apart last year. Took it to the local Snap On guy and he exchanged it no questions asked.
