Sometimes Home Depot has them but not much of a selection. If not, try and find a local counter top fabrication supplier. Scotch brite pads are used to bring solids like Corian to a gloss. They should have a huge selection of them from real rough, to the smooth white ones. There are like 2 dozen to a box if I remember right.
You can also get them at Autoparts stores that carry body shop supplies. There are only a few to a pack though, and they don't have much of a selection, from what I've seen around here anyway.
