putting my underdrive pulley on tomorrow and I rented a pulley installer from Auto Zone but the only thing I'm gonna be able to use from that is the bearing.

so I need to know where to get the all thread and how long of a piece?

I was able to fine the metric stuff and a local hardware distb. center that only deals hardware. Might check the yellow pages for speciality hardware ect. Metric hardware ect.

I would say about a 12'' should do you just fine.

Lowes, (West side by the airport, and Eastside) has allthread, or try Star Lumber (dunno if Star's open Sunday tho)
