I have the Harbor Freight bottom and I'm very happy with it. If you sign up for their e-mail notices, they send you sale stuff in your e-mail, but more importantly they send coupons. I bought my tool box when it was on sale and I used a 20% off coupon they sent me in my e-mail!

I have the harbor frt roll-around, top box, and side cabinet. The local HF store has a yearly sidewalk sale & the prices were so low I damn near bought two of each. But I had already decided to buy the boxes because i thought they were not only a great price (at their normal price), but a damn good quality box. Still think so.

I finally broke down and bought one. I told myself I wouldn't, but I did. I bought the top box, it was on sale and I had a 15% off coupon. Can't really touch anything near it for ~$270 out the door.
I got it because it fit perfectly under my lathe. I needed something to hold all the tooling and whatnot. It's not bad, so far I don't have it loaded down with a lot of heavy stuff, but it should do OK. It's much better than the cheaper ones at Sears, that's for sure.
Here's a picture. I'm probably going to cut the very top front of it open for easier access to the top part (to hold things like chucks, which won't fit in the drawers).

Yeah, sale price on the bottom box is now $429, and $299 for the top chest (they're usually, but not always, on sale). Never pay full price, always find a 15% coupon. Here's the current one, good through Oct 8.

.
I have both models Sam's was carrying near me. For the money, can't beat them.
I got both because I wasn't sure which drawer layout I would like better.
