Looks good, I hate having my wrist wrenched (no pun intended) and/or smashing my knuckles. Does it actually work? Is it worth the almost $150 for the ratchet?

definitely interesting... I'm sporting a band-aid right now from work today putting a brake job back together and the bolt got tight and I wasn't ready... ouch! The only drawback is thats rated for 50 lb-ft, whereas my knuckle busting Mac is good for like 70.
